Sometimes a 2 bedroom apartment has too many rooms for one person, but a studio has too little space to live. By converting this 2 bedroom unit into a flexible studio, we aimed to accommodate the needs of those who want a spacious space with the option to add a second bedroom. We started by dividing the space into two areas: a living area and a sleeping quarter. The living area is mainly furnished with light-colored furniture to diffuse the natural light from the small windows deep within the space.
